About the Role:

The Process Engineer will play a critical role in optimizing and enhancing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety within our production facilities. This position involves analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions that reduce waste and increase throughput. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Proven experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.

• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools, including Minitab and Design of Experiments.
• Familiarity with manufacturing operations and process optimization techniques.

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with advanced process control systems and automation.
• Background in scrap reduction initiatives and lean manufacturing principles.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards relevant to manufacturing.
• Experience working in a cross-functional team environment and leading process improvement projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Conduct process simulations and modeling to predict and enhance process performance.
