Rental Associates will also assist with the daily setup and tear down of Ski and Ride School Operations. Job Specifications: Starting Wage: $20/hr Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age Housing Availability: No Job Responsibilities Provide excellent guest service at one of our retail shops Fit guests with equipment - we'll train you! Explain to guests how to operate rental equipment, safety practices, and guest responsibility for the equipment during the rental including length of rental and return options Assist with Ski and Ride School operations daily set up and tear down Work together with teammates to maintain safety standard May include other duties Other duties as assigned Job Requirements Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights,holidaysand weekends Commitment to exceptional Customer Service Maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods Must be able to communicate fluently in English The expected pay range is$20/hr.
