Extrusion Operator – Tire Manufacturing

Location: Macon, GA | 12-Hour Rotating Shifts | $14.00/hour

Join our fast-paced tire manufacturing facility! Work hands-on with machinery—expect to get dirty and work in hot conditions while helping produce high-quality tires.

What You’ll Do:

• Safely operate tire manufacturing machinery, push materials into machines, and ensure equipment is running properly.

• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with maintenance to keep production flowing.

• Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S standards.

• Ensure product quality and take corrective action when needed.

• Work closely with your team, communicate effectively, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Workplace Requirements:

• Must wear pants; shorts are not allowed.

• No fake nails, nail polish, or false eyelashes.

• No jewelry or head coverings (bonnets, do-rags, hats).

• Must wear steel-toe shoes.

• Shirts must not display profanity or derogatory images.

• This is a drug-free workplace.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to walk/stand for long periods, regularly lift 50–100 lbs.

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills; manufacturing experience preferred.

• Tire manufacturing experience is a plus.

• Dependable, safety-conscious, and motivated to succeed.
