We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Line Cook to join our medium-sized kitchen team specializing in Irish cuisine. The successful candidate will contribute to both lunch and dinner services, ensuring high-quality food preparation and cooking within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items in line with Irish cuisine standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and equipment
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate effectively with a team of 4-7 members during peak lunch and dinner hours
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in food preparation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Proficient knife skills
- Strong time management abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
