Emergency Physician Opportunity

Our organization is actively looking for a full-time emergency physician to join our faculty at the Southbridge and Webster locations. This role is situated within our Emergency Department, which handles a combined total of 43,000 visits annually.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a fully democratic, physician-led practice.
• Manage an average of 2.0 to 2.5 patients per hour, leading to exceptional RVU earnings.
• Provide emergency care in 24/7 EDs, ensuring all patients receive timely treatment.
• Collaborate with advanced health practitioners for enhanced patient support.
• Engage in a collaborative environment with standardized clinical practices and integrated EHR systems.

Requirements

• Completion of residency training; board eligible or certified in Emergency Medicine.
• Valid Massachusetts state medical license.

Compensation Range

The salary for this position ranges from $285,000 to $375,000.
