We are seeking dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our outstanding and growing team! Key Responsibilities: Support the OT in assessing residents’ functional capabilities, needs, and goals. Conduct activities to enhance fine motor skills, balance, cognition, and activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, eating, and grooming. Accurately document resident progress, therapeutic activities, and responses to treatments in compliance with facility, state, and federal guidelines. Educate residents and their families on therapeutic activities and strategies to help maintain or improve function outside of therapy sessions. Ensure all treatment activities follow SNF safety protocols and adhere to HIPAA, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
