The Opportunity

We are seeking a polished, guest-focused Assistant Manager to lead our front-of-house team. This is a working leadership role you'll be regularly scheduled on the front desk performing Spa Coordinator duties, so you should expect to be highly guest-facing every week, not solely behind the scenes. In this role, you'll coach and develop hospitality team members to confidently sell retail, maximize the appointment book, and consistently upsell and book advanced services all while ensuring our guest journey standards are followed on every guest, every visit.

What You'll Do

• Work regularly scheduled shifts on the front desk, personally performing Spa Coordinator duties
• Coach and develop hospitality team members to confidently sell retail and hit sales goals
• Run daily sales huddles and give real-time, on-the-floor coaching
• Maximize the appointment book and drive upsells and advanced service bookings
• Ensure the guest journey is followed on every guest, from arrival to departure
• Train new hires and serve as Manager on Duty, supporting the Spa Director

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years of front desk, guest services, or hospitality leadership experience in a sales-driven environment
• A proven, hands-on track record coaching a team to hit retail and booking goals
• Strong training, coaching, and communication skills
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
