Your responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, administering treatments, documenting care accurately, and educating patients and families-all while adhering to ANA standards and organizational protocols. You'll collaborate with a caring team to ensure excellent patient outcomes, managing complex cases with confidence.

What You'll Do:
As a Travel RN in Telemetry, you'll provide top-tier nursing care for cardiac and telemetry patients, demonstrating independence and clinical expertise. Your responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, administering treatments, documenting care accurately, and educating patients and families-all while adhering to ANA standards and organizational protocols. You'll collaborate with a caring team to ensure excellent patient outcomes, managing complex cases with confidence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in your state or a compact license
- Current BLS certification from AHA
- ACLS certification from AHA
- Epic EMR system experience is required
- At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience in a cardiac or telemetry setting is preferred
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems beyond Epic
- Additional certifications like CCS or CCRN in cardiology
- Prior telemedicine or telemetry experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in cardiac or telemetry nursing
- Must be available to start ASAP
- Willingness to work 7AM - 7PM shifts in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work every other weekend; no on-call required
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel as needed for assignments
