CRIF boasts leading technology in a dynamic entrepreneurial, international culture that encourages innovative and fresh ideas and suggestions.As a Regional Sales Manager in a B2B FinTech business, you will be part of a growing and dynamic company, partnering with our clients in the financial industry to find the best solutions to address their unique loan origination and business needs.Regional Sales Manager is responsible for:· Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients in the Financial, Banking, and Credit Union industry· Selling the company’s products and services in an assigned territory· Working to establish new accounts in the territory through successful prospect identification and lead qualification· Developing and implementing strategies in assigned territory that include building pipelines through various lead generation, including cold calling, walk-ins, and other sales tactics.· Acquiring and applying knowledge of the company’s products and services, the market and industry, and the needs of our clients to better match our solutions to our clients’ needs· Serving as a subject matter expert on the company’s products and services· Provide financial information such as quotes, proposals, and other bid specifications to clients· Leading and collaborating with team members to ensure an exceptional client experience and effectively close deals· Maintaining communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest· Providing regular reporting and territory sales forecasts.· Consulting with clients to understand their financial goals, timelines, and acceptable risk levels.· Recommending and preparing personalized proposals outlining various financial services and products to meet clients’ needs and goals.· Assisting in the preparation of agreements, forms, and paperwork· Conducting presentations and system demonstrations· Attending tradeshows and industry events related to the role· Probe and listen to customers, including anticipating and responding to customers' questions and concerns.· Manage and support independent sales representatives and distribution partners to maximize sales performance.· Other responsibilities as neededRegional Sales Manager expectations:· Have the ability to build and maintain relationships· Is expected to meet with clients and prospective clients regularly· Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills· Have excellent time management skills· Possess the ability to multi-task and complete work while traveling· Have excellent problem-solving skills· Be an excellent negotiator· Have a thorough understanding of technical aspects of products to be sold· Have the ability to function well in a high-paced environment· Have experience working with financial institutions or related entities· Will be proficient working in various sales systems and CRMs· Be able to travel up to 50%· Experience working in B2B sales, FinTech, SaaS preferred.Required Qualifications· Must pass a background check and drug testing· Valid driver's license· Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office.· 5 years of direct sales experience in the financial sectorCRIF Select Corp offers competitive compensation and benefits packages that include:· Competitive Salaries and aggressive, results driven commission Plan Medical, Dental, Vision health benefits· Short-term and Long-term disability, Life insurance benefits· Generous 401(k) matching with no vesting requirement· Paid time off and paid holidays· This position is a Full-Time, Exempt Sales position with no direct reports.Seniority Level: Mid-Senior levelIndustry: Financial ServicesEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Functions: Sales Business DevelopmentJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offTuition reimbursementVision insuranceWork Location: Remote
