Graphic Designer

Schedule: This is a project based position – we are estimating that this position will be 10–40 hrs a week depending on workload and candidate availability. Location(s): in person Boulder, CO. Compensation: $18–30 hr starting DOE + HIMALI Store Credit + Industry ProDeals, opportunity for company ownership. Qualifications We are looking for a dynamic and well-rounded individual – broad skill sets are encouraged to apply. Proficient in Graphic Design using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other commonly used graphic design tools. Our preferred candidate will have a proactive and “jump in, get feet wet” attitude while being able to follow directions on creative projects. Flexibility and a positive attitude are a must. The ideal candidate must be a good communicator that is able to give and take positive feedback. Well organized. Responsibilities This role will be incredibly diverse within a startup atmosphere. Your responsibilities will range! You will have your hands in many different types of projects and be responsible for delivering results on-time in a dynamic environment. Examples of projects: design graphic images and animations for email, website, newsletter, print catalog, social media, retail signage, and other physical + digital assets. Able to take design projects from conception to delivery. Reviews work for accuracy and quality and produces creative, high-impact designs. Maintains brand consistency throughout all marketing projects. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools, and disseminate this information.
