Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) - Paulsboro, NJ NJ, United States Job Description Join Rheem Northeast Distribution at our new distribution center in Paulsboro, NJ . We provide top-tier HVAC solutions to contractors, multifamily industries, and commercial properties across the Northeast. We’re looking for a reliable Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) to be a part of our team, delivering excellent service and embodying our company values. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse setting as well as a good driving record, the ability to work well with others, and a self-motivated mentality. Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday Pay : $20.00 - $23.00 per hour Please note all pay ranges are broadly stated, and any final offer is dependent on factors such as location, direct experience, market guidance and internal equity, among other qualifying criteria. Responsibilities Follow all Department of Transportation standards and regulations, including performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections Complete necessary paperwork for delivered merchandise Load/unload merchandise and ensure the vehicle is organized Pull product, load and unload trucks when not performing driving duties Back up other drivers routes when needed Warehouse work and all other duties as assigned Qualifications 1 year minimum of delivery/commercial driving experience is required A valid driver’s license and a good driving record per company policy Must be able to obtain or currently have a DOT medical card Demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service Ability to follow direction and safe operating procedures Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work at heights of 20 ft. on a regular basis Forklift certification is preferred Medical-Dental-Vision benefits available day 1!
