Regional Operations Manager (BH-285583-4) Location Pennsylvania, United States Sector Sales Salary 80,000.00 CAD to 90,000.00 CAD per annum Our client, a well-established national storage organization, is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to support the Northern West Virginia / Pittsburgh-area market . The ideal candidate will be based in or near Morgantown, WV, Parkersburg, WV, Belpre, OH, or surrounding areas . This is an excellent opportunity for a multi-site leader who enjoys developing teams, driving performance, and overseeing multiple locations. The role will oversee approximately 16 locations and 11 direct reports , with a focus on operational performance, KPIs, customer experience, and continued growth. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $80K to $90K Base Salary Monthly performance-based incentive program tied primarily to move-in activity, KPIs, customer experience, and overall business results Monthly vehicle allowance Comprehensive health and dental benefits Retirement savings support with employer matching Employee assistance resources, discounts, recognition programs, and wellbeing initiatives Permanent, full-time opportunity Location Northern West Virginia / Pittsburgh-area market Ideal home base: Morgantown, WV, Parkersburg, WV, Belpre, OH, or surrounding areas Regular travel required across approximately 16 locations Key Responsibilities Oversee operations across approximately 16 locations , including staffed and remotely managed sites Lead, coach, and develop approximately 11 direct reports , including branch and site managers Monitor KPIs, sales, occupancy, customer experience, and financial performance Drive move-in activity, revenue growth, customer retention, and operational efficiency Set performance expectations and hold managers accountable for results Partner with senior leadership to establish goals and action plans Conduct regular site visits and ensure facility, maintenance, and service standards are met Support the addition and integration of new locations as the business continues to grow Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, contractors, and business partners Create consistency across locations and develop a strong, high-performing team Qualifications 3+ years of multi-site, multi-unit, or regional management experience; 5+ years preferred Proven experience managing multiple locations, stores, branches, properties, or facilities Experience leading, coaching, and developing managers or other leaders Strong KPI, sales, and performance management experience Experience in self-storage, retail, property management, auto parts, hospitality, gas station operations, or another multi-location environment strongly preferred Experience supporting new site openings, acquisitions, or portfolio expansion is an asset Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle High School Diploma or equivalent required Proficiency with Microsoft Office and various software platforms Must successfully complete a criminal record check We believe diverse teams build stronger companies, and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
