Senior Salesforce Developer
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to support the ongoing Salesforce transformation program, including FSC (Financial Services Cloud) implementation and integration efforts. This individual will work within a highly collaborative digital technology team to enhance CRM capabilities, optimize business processes, and support the post-transaction migration from two organizations.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop customized solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
- Implement and integrate Salesforce applications with other systems to support asset management processes.
- Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, triggers, and validation rules within Salesforce.
- Understand and analyze asset management requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce.
- Implement and manage asset tracking, lifecycle management, and maintenance schedules within the Salesforce platform.
- Ensure accurate and efficient tracking of assets, including acquisition, depreciation, and disposal.
- Customize Salesforce to align with asset management processes and business needs.
- Configure Salesforce features such as fields, page layouts, record types, and business processes.
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards for asset management metrics.
- Integrate Salesforce with external asset management systems and other third-party applications.
- Ensure data integrity and quality by implementing best practices for data management and governance.
- Perform data migrations and ensure seamless data flow between systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including asset managers, business analysts, and IT professionals, to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce and asset management processes.
