Schedule/Hours:

• Full Time
• 6:30AM - 3PM shifts
• Call required: One weekend and approximately 7 days per month

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Texas or compact state
• BLS certification (AHA only) required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in the Operating Room preferred

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care across routine and complex cases
• Apply the nursing process including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for perioperative patients
• Address diverse cultural, psychological, and social needs of patients and families
• Administer and monitor medications/treatments per established protocols
• Accurately document patient histories, symptoms, interventions, and outcomes
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers, assessing learning needs and support resources
• Delegate tasks and assignments effectively, supporting excellent patient outcomes
