Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management for Hematology and Urinalysis product lines to lead product strategy, portfolio growth, and cross‑functional collaboration. Responsibilities Lead product strategy and lifecycle management for assigned hematology and urinalysis products, from development through commercialization and growth. Capture and translate VOC and market insights to inform product design, roadmap priorities, and new product development, & conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities, support product positioning, and drive profitable market share. Partner with R&D, program management, and cross‑functional teams to guide product development and ensure solutions address customer needs. Build relationships with industry Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and customers to strengthen market understanding and product positioning. Collaborate with marketing, finance, regulatory, quality, and commercial teams to support successful product launches and portfolio growth. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or a related field, or MLS (ASCP) certification with 14+ years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience. Expertise in presenting, engaging, and debating with L1 and industry executives, ensuring the best outcome for the business. Leading new product development products with risks and complexity, collaborating with cross‑functional teams of R&D, global/regional marketing, regulatory, clinical, quality, and operations. Develop and negotiate business and/or research agreements with legal representation and financial acumen to drive complex business and financial models. Experience with hematology products and/or product management and/or IVD‑regulated environment. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $170,000–$185,000. The role is also eligible for bonus or incentive pay. Benefits include paid time off, medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan. Bonus and benefits are at the company’s discretion.
