Check out this video that highlights our amazing company culture. Position Summary:Help Bluebird Fiber show up in search, AI-powered answers and the places our customers look for information. You will join us at the beginning of our AEO journey while helping strengthen our SEO program—building the strategy from the ground up, identifying opportunities and bringing ideas that can meaningfully shape how both evolve. This hands-on role creates useful content, keeps our website fresh, accurate and optimized, supports lead nurturing and manages day-to-day marketing requests. You will work across Marketing, Sales and Training, learn new tools and turn insights into clear next steps. If you are curious, collaborative and excited to build, test and improve, this is a unique opportunity to grow your digital marketing career while influencing how Bluebird Fiber gets discovered from day one.RequirementsRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:A strong writer who can make technical ideas clear, useful and easy to understand.Working knowledge of digital marketing, WordPress website management and SEO.Curiosity about AI and AEO—you understand the basics and want to learn more about marketing to people and AI-bots.Enjoy working across teams to build better programs, content and customer experiences together.Detail-oriented and able to manage requests, deadlines and follow-up without losing sight of the bigger goal.Comfortable using data to spot opportunities, measure progress and recommend practical next steps.Highly curious, collaborative, and excited to learn across all areas of marketing.Experience with WordPress, Act-On and Gong is a bonus- not required.Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and the ability to learn new marketing platforms quickly.A positive, team-first approach and clear communication with Sales, Training, agencies and other partners.Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, website management, SEO or a related role.Experience with B2B marketing is preferred.Experience in digital infrastructure, wireless or telecommunications is a plus.Primary Responsibilities:Implement our answer engine optimization (AEO) strategy and use platform insights to identify gaps, opportunities and content needs.Create ongoing, helpful content that improves how Bluebird Fiber appears in AI-powered agents and supports lead nurture flowsCo-plan Sales lead-nurturing flows in partnership with Training, Sales and Marketing, including writing emails and supporting content.Manage day-to-day website updates in WordPress that require minimal code add new content and build landing pages with minimal coding.Oversee ongoing search engine optimization (SEO), including identifying opportunities, making improvements and tracking progress.Provide clear reporting and practical recommendations against defined AEO, SEO and website goals.Maintain the Brand Store, including finding swag vendors, monitoring inventory and identifying needs across markets.Create and send internal marketing communications, including key wins, updates and other timely news.Manage incoming marketing requests, keep priorities organized and communicate status with stakeholders.Coordinate agency resources for website development beyond day-to-day management, such as plug-ins, new templates, and more complex updates.
