As a local, independent McDonald's franchise, we will give you the tools to be what you want to be, with a schedule that is flexible to your needs. Once hired, you may want to take advantage of $2500 a year in FREE college tuition, while working as few as 15 hours a week.... or you may develop skills & earn promotions into restaurant management. Crew Members Are Responsible For:

• Greeting customers with a smile
• Taking accurate food orders
• Working with the team to meet target goals for the shift
• Preparing McDonald's World Famous food
• Cleanliness of store
• Being on time
• Ensuring store is well-stocked
