Our ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, organized, and enjoys meeting new people, building partnerships, and filling events with business owners who want to grow. This is not a sit‑behind‑a‑desk marketing role. Success in this role means being out in the community, taking initiative, building relationships, filling rooms with business owners, and helping create exceptional educational events that make a real difference. You will spend much of your time networking, developing strategic partnerships, promoting educational events, nurturing relationships, and helping create exceptional event experiences. A few of the major responsibilities associated with this role include: Network with business owners throughout the greater Indianapolis area Build strategic partnerships with organizations that serve business owners Promote educational seminars and business events Register qualified business owners for events and nurture them through attendance Execute event logistics and ensure a first‑class attendee experience Manage prospect follow‑up, CRM activities and event promotion.
