Quality Assurance Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Saturday from 08:00am to 06:00pm)

• Read & interpret product specifications to ensure product complies.
• Monitor production processes & communicate any deviation from specifications.
• Perform lab analysis on raw materials & finished products as per work instructions.
• Assist in special projects & ensure that accurate data is collected & recorded.
• Perform secondary evaluations on all non-conforming products, document product status & communicate results to QA Manager.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices as well as Standard Operating Procedures.

Quality Assurance Technician Qualifications:

• High School Diplomat or GED equivalent.
• Quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment, food manufacturing preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Highly organized with strong time-management and prioritization skills.
• Self-directed, reliable, strong initiative, and bias for actions.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work cooperatively with team members.
