Senior Commercial Counsel — Healthcare Transactions
Cardinal Health
Cardinal Health seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to partner with division leaders, provide risk mitigation, and draft/negotiate commercial contracts with external parties. This role coordinates with Litigation, Privacy, Regulatory Counsel, and Compliance teams to resolve issues and influence business strategy.
