ARAA Home Care, LLC, Home Care givers will work with clients in their home providing expert supportive care to all patients and families.

CNA/ HHA/PCA Responsibilities:

• Provide great patient care.
• Answer patient calls and determine how best to assist them.
• Provide physical support for patients or residents with daily activities Toileting, Walking,Standing, Exercising, Eating/Diet, Medication Assistance, Vital Signs, Basic First Aid and CPR, Hygiene: Bathing, Grooming, Shaving, Dental Care, Dressing
• Obtain a wide range of information from physicians, caregivers, and nurses about patient condition, treatment plans, and suggested activities.
• Following the client's service plan & documenting any changes in the client's condition
• Ensure patients receive an appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences.
• Measure and record food and liquid intake and urinary and fecal output and reporting changes to medical or nursing staff.
• Record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rate as requested by staff.
• Ambulation and transfer, including positioning; Turn and reposition bedridden patients
• Examine patients to detect issues requiring medical care, including open wounds, bruises, or blood in urine
• Remind patients to take medications and nutritional supplements
• Note/Document observations of patient behavior, including complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses
• Stay up to date on CNA training and facility policy and procedures
• Home management, home safety and sanitation; Infection control in the home

Counties: DEKALB, GWINNETT, COBB, FULTON, SPALDING, ROCKDALE, NEWTON, CLAYTON, AND HENRY County

Rate of Pay: $15.00/HR - $17.00/ HR WILLING NEGOTIATE PAY RATE MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL AT LEAST 30 MINUTES OUTSIDE OF YOUR RESIDENTIAL AREA.

CNA/ PCA/HHA Requirements: 1-2 years' work experience Basic Health and Tuberculosis Screening Participate in Quality Improvement Program Ability to lift up to 50lbs State Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA only) PCA/HHA Must complete a state certified exam (Will discuss during onboarding) Current CPR (American Heart Association) Ability to think and work independently and with direction and communicate with staff?members in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment. High School graduate or equivalent. Valid Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
