As an Associate Sales Representative, you will partner with an experienced Sales Representative(s) to support customer accounts, assist with clinical procedures, and contribute to territory growth. This field-based position provides exposure to sales, clinical environments, and account management while building a foundation for long-term career development. **About the Business:** **Surgical Technologies (ST)** Our Surgical Technologies portfolio includes operating room equipment, visualization systems, and safety-focused technologies that support efficiency and improve outcomes. **ST Product Portfolio:** Stryker | Surgical Technologies **What You Will Do** * Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across assigned territory.* Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across operating room, office-based, and procedural care settings.* Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to help ensure appropriate product use and a positive customer experience.* Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation activities within the territory.* Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.* Partner with the Sales Representative(s) to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.* Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement. **What You Will Need** **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree.* Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory including but not limited to customer sites, healthcare facilities, and business meetings.**Preferred Qualifications** * Minimum 1 year of experience in outside sales, field sales, business development, account management, customer success, territory management, or a customer-facing role.* Experience managing responsibilities through work experience, athletics, academic programs, military service, or leadership activities.* Exposure to medical device, healthcare, clinical, life sciences, business-to-business sales, or other performance-driven environments.* Experience supporting customers in a fast-paced, team-based environment. **What We Offer** At Stryker, you’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team focused on making an impact for our customers and patients.
