• 8 am - 8 pm Mon - Fri; 8 am - 5 pm weekends; 8, 10, 12 hr shifts
• 3 - 4 days per week required -- rotating weekends included
• 21 - 28 patients per day -- all ages
• Urgent care clinic setting
