Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Functional Medicine Nurse PractitionerWe are seeking an experienced Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner to provide whole-person care by integrating functional medicine principles with modern, evidence-based therapies. The NP will work closely with patients to identify root causes, optimize health, and develop individualized wellness plans.Roles & Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, medical histories, physical exams, and functional diagnostics.Develop individualized treatment plans combining functional and conventional medicine.Educate patients on nutrition, lifestyle, supplementation, stress management, and wellness.Order and interpret advanced laboratory testing and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.Recommend evidence-based supplements, therapies, and interventions.Collaborate with physicians, health coaches, and other clinical team members.Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.Stay current with emerging research in functional and integrative medicine.Contribute to clinical protocols, team training, and quality improvement initiatives.Education, Licensure, and Experience:Master's degree or higher in Nursing.Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) specialization.Active, unrestricted Florida Nurse Practitioner license.National certification through AANP, ANCC, or equivalent.Minimum 1 year of NP experience required.Prior experience in functional medicine or integrative healthcare is required.Experience with regenerative medicine, holistic medicine, preventative medicine, or peptide therapy is highly preferred.New graduates are not eligible for this position.Benefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurancePotential sign-on or relocation assistance, negotiableFor more information, please reach out to Lara Clark at View phone number on click.appcast.io or View email address on click.appcast.io.
