Job Description Job Details: Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Location: Maple Grove, MN Employment Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time Pay: $24.50 – $32.77 per hour (Based on experience) Schedule: Monday – Friday 40 hours per week 8-hour day shifts Shift times vary between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM No weekends No on-call Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in a Family Medicine Clinic. The LPN will work collaboratively with physicians and the healthcare team to deliver exceptional clinical care while supporting daily clinic operations. -> Responsibilities Perform patient intake and obtain vital signs. Assist providers with examinations and procedures. Administer medications, injections, and immunizations. Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection. Educate patients on medications and treatment plans. Assist with prescription refills. Coordinate patient care and provider communication. Document patient information accurately in the EMR. Maintain clinic supplies and ensure exam rooms are stocked. Follow infection prevention and patient safety protocols. -> Qualifications Active Minnesota LPN License. Current BLS Certification. Previous clinical experience required. Excellent communication and patient care skills.
