Consulting Solution Manager

Job Description

As a Revenue Cycle Architect, you will collaborate with healthcare clients, internal stakeholders, and sales teams to design, position, and deliver innovative Revenue Cycle solutions that improve financial outcomes and operational performance. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients align technology capabilities with strategic business objectives while driving growth opportunities and long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead Revenue Cycle solution strategy, architecture, and optimization initiatives across healthcare organizations.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in Revenue Cycle operations, workflows, and technology solutions.

• Partner with clients to assess current-state operations and design future-state Revenue Cycle strategies.

• Develop and present solution recommendations that align with client business goals, financial objectives, and operational requirements.

• Support business development and sales activities, including client presentations, solution demonstrations, proposal development, and executive-level discussions.

• Collaborate with account teams to identify growth opportunities and expand existing client relationships.

• Drive project planning, execution, and governance activities across multiple client engagements.

• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting frameworks to measure operational and financial success.

• Provide strategic guidance on Patient Accounting, Charge Services, Patient Access, and related Revenue Cycle solutions.

• Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, solution reviews, and executive presentations.

• Assist with contract development, scope definition, statement of work creation, and client negotiations.

• Identify operational improvement opportunities and recommend best practices to enhance revenue performance and patient financial experience.

• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout implementation, optimization, and ongoing client engagement activities.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $95,000 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
