Field Sales Farmer – Mid AccountsAt Pluxee, we shape the world of employee benefits and engagement by bringing to life a personalized and sustainable employee experience, at work and beyond.Permanent RegularThe Field Sales Farmer – Mid Accounts is responsible for nurturing and growing existing mid-sized client relationships. The role ensures clients realize full value from Pluxee's employee engagement platform and benefits offering, promoting sustained satisfaction, deeper product adoption, and revenue expansion.Responsibilities:Client Relationship Development: Build trusted relationships with key HR and business stakeholders in the client portfolio. Conduct regular business reviews to assess satisfaction, platform usage, and emerging needs.Growth & Upsell Strategy: Identify and act on opportunities to introduce new products, expand benefit usage, or increase employee coverage. Collaborate with internal teams to frame solutions aligned with the client's strategic objectives.Platform Adoption Monitoring: Use Salesforce data to track client health indicators, flag risk, and propose engagement actions. Support change management for benefit deployment where needed.Renewals & Retention: Lead renewal conversations and ensure clients perceive ongoing value. Document risks and growth opportunities accurately in Salesforce.You Are A Match If...Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.Work Experience: 3–5 years in client development, account management, or field sales. Experience in SaaS or digital benefit platforms is highly desirable.Skills & Certifications: Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Experience using CRM tools for pipeline and opportunity management; Salesforce knowledge is preferred. Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple commercial activities simultaneously. Strong virtual and in-person communication capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools. Knowledge of full-cycle sales methodologies is considered an advantage.Languages: For global, regional, or area roles, fluency in English is required. Additional languages such as French, Spanish, Portuguese, or other relevant languages are an advantage. For local country leadership and management roles, fluency in the local language and English is required. For local individual contributor roles, fluency in the local language is required. English is considered an advantage as it supports communication, learning, and collaboration in a multinational context.Working Conditions: For global, regional, or area roles: Hybrid working patterns depending on the host country policies.
