Position Overview

The Family Law Attorney will manage a variety of family law matters while providing exceptional legal representation and client care. Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, and adoption.
• Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, agreements, and court filings.
• Provide thoughtful legal counsel while maintaining sensitivity to the emotional nature of family law cases.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively in mediation and court proceedings.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical standards.
• Manage caseload efficiently while delivering outstanding client service.

Qualifications

• Active and valid license to practice law in the State of Utah.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Demonstrated empathy and ability to navigate sensitive and emotionally charged matters.
• Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Experience in family law is preferred, but attorneys eager to learn and grow are strongly encouraged to apply.
