Your day-to-day will include:

• Moving clients through the process from first conversation all the way to the closing table

• Tracking your numbers and knowing exactly where your business stands at all times

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

• Participate in regular training and coaching sessions to continuously sharpen your skills.
• Set appointments for buyers and sellers as your pipeline and skills grow.
• Maintain accurate and current CRM records to track your progress and activities effectively.

• Experience in real estate or a related field is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients quickly.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate CRM records.
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
• Commitment to prospecting and following up with potential clients consistently.
