Employment Type: Temporary Full Time (June 2027) Waverley Council is seeking an experienced People & Culture Project Officer to join our People & Culture team on a temporary full-time basis. From skin checks and flu shots to our bi-annual health fair, we’re committed to helping you stay healthy Employee Assistance Program Role This role will support the delivery of key P & C initiatives and projects, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure successful planning, implementation and evaluation outcomes. What you’ll bring Experience as a People & Culture Officer/Advisor role Highly resourceful with strong research sills Project Management experience in a P&C capacity Demonstrated experience of working within a team to achieve a common goal Clear and effective written communication skills applied to a range of business documentation, reports, minutes and policies. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills with the confidence to deal with a diverse audience Strong IT skills and ability to leverage analytics software (e.g. Excel, Power BI, or project management tools) to automate data analysis or reporting for efficient project tracking. Excellent administrative and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise.
