Construction Project Manager

Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 yearly Responsibilities: Determine the project deliverables and specifications, including the project scope, necessary project resources, and estimated labor needed by collaborating with clients, engineers, and architects Establish organizational processes for tools, equipment, and vehicles and arrange for maintenance as needed Work with general contractors, critical subcontractors, and external vendors to negotiate profitable contracts Comply with all best-practice health and safety standards to prevent injuries and slowdowns at construction sites, and promptly report any safety regulation issues Supervise general contractors and laborers and provide direction when needed to ensure the job is high quality Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of work experience in construction management Knowledge of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building permits, blueprints, building codes, construction equipment, material resources, construction methods, and project management principles Finished training for OSHA 30 license Strong communication skills, leadership skills, organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and time-management skills Four-year college degree in engineering, construction management, or other similar fields About Company Bayfront Roofing & Construction is a family-run residential and commercial roofing and construction company serving the Coastal Bend.
