Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support, ensuring the smooth coordination of schedules, activities and priorities. Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, appointments and commitments, and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts. Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation and itineraries. Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional interactions. Prepare, review and organize presentations, reports, correspondence and other business documents. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes when required and follow up on action items and deadlines. Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion. Collaborate with different departments to facilitate communication and ensure the timely completion of tasks. Handle ad hoc administrative and organizational requests with flexibility, efficiency and attention to detail. University degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications or another relevant field. Up to 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative support, Personal Assistant or similar role. Entry-level candidates with strong organizational skills are also encouraged to apply. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and positive attitude. High attention to detail, reliability and discretion when handling confidential information. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn, take initiative and develop professionally. Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital productivity tools. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a corporate environment or fast-growing company will be considered a plus.
