Experienced Agents... You know you have the skills to close transactions but the current market is tough. Opportunities aren't easy to come by. We can fix that for you.

GTRE has relationships with major lead portals like - we have showing requests and clients that need awesome agents to work with them. We also have a ton of sellers raising their hands that need an agent to walk them through this market.

We receive hundreds of new leads monthly. GTRE agents have access to more client opportunities than any team in the area.

We provide the training and support to help you take these leads and put them under contract. We provide intensive onboarding to help you learn all the systems and begin closing deals within 90 days. GTRE offers continuing education 5 days per week to ensure that our licensed agents are always sharp and improving their game to beat the competition.

If you're not happy with your production, don't let another 6 months go by struggling on your own. Put your skills to work and make this year everything yo want it to be. Regardless if you have 30 days or 30 years of experience, our licensed agents are consistently able to outsell the rest of the market. On average GTRE agents sell more than the top 10% of agents in the country.

To apply must have a Virginia Real Estate License.

You will be mentored and have training opportunities with Michael Gillies and 4 other top team leaders selling thousands of homes annually!
