Real Estate Assistant / Marketing Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and personable Real Estate Assistant to support our real estate business and help with day-to-day operations, marketing, and social media. This is a great opportunity for someone who has an interest in real estate, investing, marketing, or entrepreneurship and wants hands-on experience working directly with an experienced real estate professional.

The role will involve working closely with Ranjeet Singh , a real estate professional who works with clients throughout the buying and selling process. You will have the opportunity to learn how real estate transactions work, assist with marketing and client communication, and gain practical experience in the business.

What Youll Do

?

• Assist with creating and managing social media content for real estate listings, properties, and business updates.
• Help develop marketing materials, posts, flyers, and other promotional content.
• Maintain and organize spreadsheets, client information, property information, and transaction documents.
• Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, emails, and other day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Help research properties, neighborhoods, market trends, and potential investment opportunities.
• Support listing preparation and other tasks involved in buying and selling real estate.
• Learn and assist with basic real estate and investment analysis.
• Take on additional responsibilities as you become more comfortable with the business.

Training & Growth

Your first week will be focused on training with me , learning our systems, expectations, organizational process, and the fundamentals of the tasks you will be responsible for. After your initial training, you will transition into hands-on training directly with Ranjeet Singh , where you will learn more about the real estate side of the business and gradually take on additional responsibilities.

We want this to be a position where you learn while you work . As you gain experience and demonstrate reliability, there will be opportunities to become more involved in marketing, transactions, client communication, and real estate investing.

What Were Looking For

• Interest in real estate, investing, business, or entrepreneurship .
• Previous marketing or social media experience is preferred , but not required.
• Comfortable using social media platforms and willing to learn new tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable, motivated, and willing to take initiative.
• Comfortable learning independently and asking questions when needed.
• Basic computer skills; experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, or similar tools is a plus.
• No prior real estate experience is requiredwe are willing to train the right person.

Schedule & Flexibility

Our ideal schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM2:00 PM , with the possibility of additional hours after 2:00 PM depending on business needs and the candidates availability.

We value flexibility and understand that candidates may have school, another job, or other commitments. We are willing to work with the right candidates schedule when possible, while looking for someone who can consistently commit to the core 10 AM2 PM weekday schedule .
