We focus on fast response, accurate troubleshooting, and cost-effective solutions that help customers maintain peak operational performance.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Contract Industrial Maintenance Technician — Foundry Equipment to support maintenance and repair work in a foundry environment.This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining presses, production equipment, and related foundry machinery. Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, performing preventive maintenance, supporting equipment uptime, and following all safety and compliance requirements.The technician may also assist with maintenance documentation, preventive maintenance planning, and coordination with plant personnel or other team members.This is a contract position with on-site work required at customer locations.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsMaintain and repair presses, foundry equipment, and related production machineryDiagnose equipment failures and recommend corrective actionsPerform preventive maintenance and routine equipment inspectionsRead and interpret manuals, schematics, prints, and technical drawingsFollow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout requirementsDocument work performed, issues found, and recommended repairsWork with plant staff and team members to reduce downtime and improve reliabilitySupport preventive maintenance planning and equipment documentation when neededQualificationsExperience in industrial maintenance, machine repair, or plant maintenanceStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsExperience working with presses, foundry equipment, or heavy industrial machinery preferredAbility to read schematics, manuals, and technical drawingsFamiliarity with industrial tools, meters, and diagnostic equipmentUnderstanding of workplace safety standards and lockout/tagout proceduresGood problem-solving, time management, and organizational skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsRelevant certifications in industrial maintenance, electrical, welding, hydraulics, or related fields are a plusFoundry experience is strongly preferredPosition TypeContractWork LocationOn-site at customer locationsPay rate $30-40/hr.
