This business critical role combines strategic KPI management, business intelligence expertise, and artificial intelligence tool development to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making across the organization. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between data analysis, performance measurement, and emerging AI capabilities to deliver measurable business value, while focusing on the general reliability of the overall organization.What your day-to-day will look like:Design and implement comprehensive KPI frameworks aligned with business objectives and strategic prioritiesEstablish performance measurement standards across departments and service lines to ensure consistency and accountabilityMonitor and analyze key performance indicators, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvementPartner with business leaders to set performance targets, track progress, and develop action plans to address underperformanceCreate executive-level performance dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable insightsConduct regular performance review sessions with stakeholders, translating data findings into strategic recommendationsDevelop methodologies for benchmarking performance against industry standards and competitorsBuild and maintain robust BI infrastructure, including data warehouses, ETL processes, and reporting platformsFacilitate the design and development of interactive dashboards, visualizations, and self-service analytics tools that enable data-driven decision-makingPerform complex data analysis to uncover patterns, correlations, and insights that drive business strategyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutionsEnsure data quality, governance, and security across all BI platforms and reporting processesOptimize existing BI tools and workflows to improve efficiency, usability, and adoption ratesTrain and support business users in leveraging BI tools effectively to access and interpret data independentlyIdentify opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning to solve business challenges and automate processesDesign, prototype, and implement AI-powered solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experienceCollaborate with IT, data science teams, and external vendors to develop and deploy AI applications tailored to JLL's needsEvaluate emerging AI technologies and tools, recommending strategic investments that align with business prioritiesBuild predictive models and intelligent automation workflows that improve forecasting accuracy and decision speedEstablish best practices for responsible AI development, including ethics, bias mitigation, and transparencyMonitor AI solution performance, iterating and refining models based on feedback and changing business requirementsRequired Qualifications5+ years of progressive experience in Reliability or operations management, performance management, business intelligence, data analytics, or related roles2+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, techniques, or development projectsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex data into clear business insightsExcellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging technical and non-technical audiencesPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field preferredAdvanced proficiency in BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar toolsExperience in commercial real estate, property management, or professional services industryStrong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL)Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or similar for data analysis and AI developmentExperience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and AI platformsKnowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling best practicesUnderstanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML servicesExperience with API integration, automation tools, and workflow orchestrationProject management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results on deadlineStrategic thinking combined with attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyCollaborative mindset with ability to work effectively across departments and influence without direct authorityCuriosity and passion for emerging technologies, particularly in AI and automationChange management experience and ability to drive adoption of new tools and processesThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
