Global Corporate Accountant - Close & Intercompany

Corporate Accountant Our client, a well-established company with a global presence, is looking to add a Corporate Accountant to their growing accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and wants exposure to a variety of corporate accounting functions. Responsibilities Support the month-end and year-end close process, including preparation of journal entries and account analyses Review financial activity and assist with identifying and explaining expense fluctuations and variances Maintain schedules related to prepaid expenses and fixed assets, including reconciliations and supporting documentation Prepare recurring entries related to depreciation and amortization Process cash transactions and ensure accurate recording of intercompany activity Complete monthly bank reconciliations across various accounts Partner with internal teams to ensure affiliate and intercompany balances are properly recorded and reconciled Assist with ad hoc reporting and special accounting projects as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Prior exposure to corporate accounting functions and general ledger activity Experience with intercompany accounting is a plus Strong Excel capabilities, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs Comfortable working within ERP/accounting systems Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities #J-18808-Ljbffr Creative Financial Staffing, LLC
