Nights 6pm - 6am
Assignment Details
Holiday coverage required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- BLS/BCLS certification
Responsibilities
- Provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with established procedures.
- Assist residents with daily living activities.
- Monitor and record vital signs and changes in residents' conditions.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
