- Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, PALS (if not BC EM), NRP (if non-ABEM)
- Experience: EM residency graduates within past 12 months accepted; 3-month proctorship required
- Other Qualifications: Current immunizations (MMR, Varicella, TB, Flu), case logs for past 2 years, Preeclampsia CME every 2 years
- Provide emergency medical care for patients of all ages in a 12-hour shift model.
- Manage an annual patient volume of approximately 16,000 visits.
- Supervise mid-level coverage (9-hour shift) as part of the care team.
- Perform standard emergency medicine procedures as required.
- Document care using Epic EMR and participate in quality initiatives.
