Job Detail Job Title: Physical Therapist - Home Health Location: Calico Rock, AR [Coverage Areas: 50-mile radius surrounding Calico Rock] Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Duration: 6+ Months Local Pay: $55.00 - $60.00/hour (W-2) Weekly Hour Guarantee: 32-40 hours On-Call/Weekend Requirement: No Mileage Reimbursement: Yes (from first patient to last patient) Key Responsibilities Perform PT evaluations for home health patients. Conduct PT reassessments to monitor patient progress. Complete PT Start of Care (SOC) visits for new home health admissions. Provide PT treatment visits as needed. Deliver physical therapy services in a home health setting.
