Job Description:

Seeking a Physical Therapist for a home health setting, responsible for treating 5-7 patients per day within a 60-mile radius around Valley City, ND. Must possess PT-related skills and previous home health experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy to home health and hospice patients.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with various diagnoses, including post-surgery and fall recovery.

Requirements:

• Valid ND Physical Therapy License and BLS certification.
• Current Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
• At least 1 year of experience in physical therapy, with home health experience preferred.
