Job Description Director of eCommerce and Digital Strategy - Mooresville, NC Who: A seasoned digital leader with 10+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital platforms, and omnichannel customer experience. What: Drive digital strategy, mobile and web platform development, and customer engagement initiatives across enterprise-level environments. Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic Director of eCommerce and Digital Strategy to lead the execution of digital initiatives across eCommerce, mobile, and customer experience platforms. This leader will play a critical role in enhancing digital engagement, loyalty, and revenue while partnering across teams to bring innovative digital solutions to life. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and optimization of digital strategies across mobile and eCommerce channels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital innovation and customer experience improvements
• Incorporate emerging technologies like AR and machine learning into product roadmaps
• Partner with tech leaders such as Apple, Google, and Verizon to scale capabilities
• Manage agile teams in the delivery of high-impact digital solutions
• Align digital initiatives with business KPIs and long-term growth objectives Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in digital leadership, eCommerce, or digital transformation roles
• Strong track record in driving mobile commerce, loyalty programs, and digital engagement
• Deep experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management
• Technical proficiency in eCommerce platforms, CMS, and monetization models
• Success working in matrixed organizations and cross-functional leadership
• Strategic mindset with ability to execute across both vision and detail
