We are currently seeking Home Care Aides to join our nationally recognized agency, which is independently owned and operated.
SYNERGY HomeCare offers Home Care Aides:
- Competitive pay $18.00 to $22.00 (depending on experience, client level of care and location)

Must haves:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred)
- Proof of current 2-Step TB testing (or willing to obtain)
- Home Care Aide registration with the State of CA (or willing to obtain)
- First Aid and CPR Certified
- Must be physically able to perform the functions of this position
- Have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of sufficient automobile insurance (when applicable)
- Satisfactorily complete SYNERGY HomeCare online training modules as assigned
As a Home Care Aide with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:
- Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs
- Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, personal care, companionship, social engagement
- Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
- Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
