Description

The Creative Coordinator is responsible for supporting marketing efforts to enhance the Epionce skincare brand as advised by the Director of Marketing and PR. A core member of the Marketing Team, the Creative Coordinator helps realize the success of short-term and long-term marketing projects and goals. The Creative Coordinator willalsoparticipateinprojectbrainstormingwithotherteammembersandinternal stakeholders.

Maintain a deep understanding and consistent application of Epionce products and brand guidelines across all marketing materials

Support the development of creative assets for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and other brand initiatives

Provide administration and project assistance to the marketing department, requiring an understanding of marketing principles, office organization, and file management

EmbracetheEpioncebrandphilosophyasitrelatestobeauty,skincare,andmedical aesthetic channels

Collaborate with both internal and freelance creatives

Assist in ongoing research to identify consumer and industry trends

Manage multiple projects and prioritize meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibleformaintaining allfiles,marketingmaterials,andcustomer lists assigned to this function

Safekeeping of all company marketing records

ParticipateinMarketingTeamprojects,includingbutnotlimitedtobrainstorming and creating marketing collateral

Ensurethatthepoliciesandproceduresofthecompanyarecarriedoutinamanner consistent with the goals and objectives set forth by company management

Maintain confidentiality on sensitive marketing and administrative projects or decisions

Perform all other duties as assigned or requested by management

Follow project directives, and provide and receive constructive feedback

Design visual assets for digital and print, product packaging, website, print advertising, sales material

Requirements

2-5 years of professional graphic design experience

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Experience working across both digital and print design

Strongwriting,editing,andproofreadingskillstofor the accuracyand quality of all materials

Provenabilitytodeliverhigh-qualityworkwithindeadlinesandadapt to shifting priorities

Highlyorganized,accurate,andthoroughateveryproject touchpoint .

Take ownership of tasks and actively bring fresh ideas to accelerate team goals

Interest in the beauty and personal care industry

Ability to approach challenges with a critical eye and develop effective solutions

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Self-starter, works independently fostering a proactive, supportive, and growth-minded team

Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace, CRM, task management tools, website content
