Step into our Peterborough, New Hampshire facility and begin your journey in modern machining. From your first week, you’ll shadow seasoned machinists, help set up equipment, and learn how technical drawings become real, high‑quality components. You’ll keep work areas organized, practice safe habits, and take part in structured training designed to turn curiosity into capability.

• Assist with setting up and running a range of machining equipment.
• Learn to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Support experienced machinists to produce precise parts and assemblies.
• Keep workstations clean and orderly to promote safety and efficiency.
• Join hands-on training sessions and workshops to build your skills.
• Perform routine care on machines and tooling as directed.
• Follow all safety standards and procedures to maintain a safe environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; any machining coursework is a bonus.
