Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Coordinator to support a senior leader and a fast-paced research team. This is a dynamic, career-building role for someone who enjoys creating order in a changing environment, managing competing priorities, and helping a team operate at its best. You will provide direct executive support while also serving as a key operational partner to the broader team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, adaptable, and eager to grow. Responsibilities Provide calendar management and scheduling support for a senior team leader. Coordinate team meetings, priorities, logistics, and follow-through on key deliverables. Support operational processes including onboarding/offboarding, team policies, talent-related processes, and internal coordination. Manage office-space and seating needs in partnership with workplace and facilities teams. Track priorities across multiple workstreams and help ensure work is completed on time. Improve team processes and identify opportunities to make day-to-day operations more efficient. Partner with stakeholders across the organization to keep communication clear and work moving forward. Respond effectively to shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment. Ideal Candidate Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented. Comfortable juggling multiple concurrent priorities with urgency and sound judgment. Proactive, resourceful, and willing to jump into whatever is needed. Strong communicator with high empathy and the ability to read the room. Collaborative and energized by supporting a senior leader and a broader team. Adaptable and calm in a “controlled chaos” environment where priorities can shift quickly. Humble, open-minded, and motivated to learn and grow over time. Preferred Background Approximately 2 years of experience in administrative support, business operations, project coordination, production, or a similar role. Experience in fast-paced environments strongly preferred, such as film/TV production, startups, financial services, or other high-volume operational settings. Exposure to supporting senior executives or coordinating across multiple stakeholders is a plus. Nontraditional backgrounds are welcome; strong organization, judgment, and adaptability matter most. This is an in-office role Monday through Thursday with WFH on Friday’s Standard hours are generally 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with flexibility required during periods of heightened team activity.
