Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Terry Taylor - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Responsibilities:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

- Our office is located in Des Moines near 42nd and University Ave.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2001.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- We have 35 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
