Role Responsibilities

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• MIR completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine is required.
• Active Texas medical license is preferred or must be eligible to obtain.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
