  • Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document sessions, track therapeutic progress, and maintain meticulous records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adult clients, particularly women aged 35-55, addressing life transitions, anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, and stress management. These clients often seek support in navigating the complexities of midlife, balancing professional and personal dynamics, and fostering emotional resilience.

Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field, accompanied by an active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a counseling role, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.
  • A deep understanding of ethical and legal aspects of counseling, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.
  • Skills for working autonomously while being an effective team player within a collaborative healthcare environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working within a community health setting, particularly with populations from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapy approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) software for documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
