This industry-leading facility will be an efficient manufacturing powerhouse, built to meet the growing demand for paper-based food and beverage packaging.As a Reliability Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our manufacturing equipment, systems, and processes operate at peak performance. In this highly visible role, you’ll leverage data analytics, reliability engineering principles, and structured problem-solving to identify trends, eliminate failures, and drive continuous improvement across the operation. You will work closely with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to proactively analyze maintenance and production data, reduce downtime, and improve the lifecycle performance of critical assets—from startup through full production maturity.What We Offer:Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and paid holidaysTraining and development programs to support your career growthA chance to make a meaningful impact at a new Center of ExcellenceA collaborative and safety-first culture built on innovation and integrityWhat You'll Do – Results & Responsibilities:Develop and maintain lifecycle asset management processes for equipment and systemsLead Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) studies and implement maintenance strategiesApply FMEA, RCA, and risk analysis to reduce failures and improve equipment uptimeOptimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs using performance dataManage and execute moderate-size reliability projects on time and within scopeReview engineering designs and recommend reliability and efficiency improvementsEvaluate and implement reliability tools, software, and maintenance technologiesCreate test parameters and support validation of engineering solutionsDrive continuous improvement in safety, quality, production, efficiency, and serviceEnsure compliance with safety standards and GMP requirementsCollaborate cross-functionally and lead structured problem-solving effortsDeliver measurable results aligned with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)What You Bring – Competencies:Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and translate data into actionEffective collaboration across production, maintenance, and engineering teamsClear communication across all levels of the organizationAbility to drive continuous improvement through structured methodologiesSound, data-driven decision makingOwnership, accountability, and reliability leadershipCommitment to continuous learning and professional developmentEducation, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with three (3) years of related engineering experience, ORAssociate’s degree with nine (9) years of related engineering experienceExperience applying Preventative Maintenance (PM), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) programsKnowledge of engineering science and technology principles and their practical manufacturing applicationsStrong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and data analysisExperience with design techniques, technical drawings, and precision plansUnderstanding of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and cost optimizationStrong logical reasoning and analytical problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently and collaborativelyStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in English to ensure effective safety and quality communicationPreferred Qualifications:Experience using Power BI or similar data visualization tools for reliability analysis and reportingSix Sigma Black Belt or Lean Master certificationExperience in plastics extrusion, thermoforming, injection molding, paper printing, or paper converting processesCertified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certificationCertifications in Predictive Maintenance TechnologiesExperience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)Bachelor’s degree in engineeringOverview: Dart makes everyday products that give people the freedom to enjoy the food & drinks they love, wherever they are.
